1. Where can I collect my order?

You can collect your order in person from The Luxe Aura, located at Clifton Mall, 53 Fountain Road, Fordsburg, Johannesburg, 2092. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp confirming that it is ready for collection.

2. Do you offer delivery across South Africa?

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. All orders are shipped securely with trusted courier partners and typically arrive within two to four working days.

3. How much is the delivery fee?

We charge a flat delivery fee of R110 for orders below R1000. Orders above R1,500 qualify for free shipping anywhere in South Africa.

4. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is shipped.

5. Is your branded clothing authentic?

Absolutely. The Luxe Aura guarantees 100 percent authentic Brands. We source directly from authorized distributors and trusted importers.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

All payments for orders must be made securely online through our website. We accept debit and credit cards, instant EFT, and PayFast and PayJustNow payments and PayFlex. Once your payment is completed, you can collect your order or wait for delivery.

7. Can I exchange or return a product?

We cannot accept returns once a Clothing/footwear/accessories has been used or damaged. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange a replacement.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or text. Use this link to track your delivery and view your parcel’s current status in real time. This tracking link is how you can follow your order until it is delivered or ready for collection.
